CNA Program In Colorado

CNA classes in Colorado are administered and regulated by the Colorado board of nursing through the Department of Regulatory Agencies. The completion of this program makes you eligible for taking CNA certification exam and its clearance gets you listed under nurse aide registry. Nurse aide programs must be approved by the state and comply with the provisions of 1987’s Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, which mandates the candidate to finish 75 hours of program. However, some institutes in CO offer 80 hours of program.

Requisites to Enroll in the CNA Classes in Colorado

Every aspirant must meet the following requirements, in order to take admission in the certified nursing assistant course:

  • You should attain the age of 18 years to get enrolled in the program.
  • The candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED.

Coursework of Certified Nursing Assistant Programs
