  • National Black Nurses Association, Inc. (NBNA) – Kaiser Permanente ScholarshipThis scholarship is offered to the students who are active members of National Black Nurses Association and enrolled in a nursing program. NBNA sponsors this scholarship and awards a fund of $2000 to the eligible candidate. Applicants are required to join a full-time program and submit a complete application and requested documents by deadline date (15th April). Besides, s/he must be an African American.
  • Itawamba Community College (ICC) – Dana Grissom Cockrell Memorial Endowed ScholarshipThe fund is awarded to the candidates pursuing a career in the nursing field. In order to meet the requirements of scholarship, applicant must:
    • Be enrolled in a full-time program.
    • A resident of Itawamba County.
    • Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
    • Able to demonstrate financial need.
    • S/he should complete the Private Donor application and submit it by deadline date (April 1st).
  • Federal Pell GrantThis federal aid program offers financial assistance to a candidate who needs aid for higher education.
